My Card entries for MFT's Superstar Card Contest

Clean & Simple Genius

I really like this new heavyweight vellum that MFT carries. It's a super thick vellum and you can even put adhesive on it and it doesn't show through. I embossed the MFT Beautiful Bloom stamp with white embossing powder, the leaves are from the MFT LJD Geometric Greenery set and cut them out with their corresponding dies. I then inked them with my Distress Oxide ink. I die cut a panel from my vellum and embossed a sentiment from the    set with white embossing powder and adhered it to my card base. Then adhered the flower and the leaves.

Coloring Virtuoso

I love coloring with Copic markers, although I'm not an expert I can usually hold my own. I continue to learn and love seeing inspiration from Sandy Allnock. This is my first time drawing a ballet studio. I used MFT Pure Innocence Tutu Sweet Stamp set and the sentiment is from MFT Tuto Trio Stamp set.

I made her pony tails longer and gave her some bangs to change her look from the original stamp. After coloring her and the studio I added some tiny white dots and Gold Stickles to her band and a dot on her shoes for tiny flowers.

Innovation Master

For my Bunny Shaker Card I embossed designs from the MFT Tutu Trio stamp set onto heat resist acetate with white embossing powder and used this for my shaker window. I added some Pretty Pink Posh sequins in lots of pretty colors and then colored my tutu bunny to match. Then I die cut curtains for MFT Curtain Call Die-namics out of Periwinkle card stock and inked the edges with the matching ink.

Well, after much stress and a flood of thoughts going through my head for days now I am finally done.  There are so many wonderful card entries as usual with lots of inspiration.  What a wonderful creative card world we live in!
